Fastest method
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Headline Moments app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Or request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from any address and include the phone number (with country code) that you registered with, so we can locate and verify your account:

We action deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by reply once complete.
What is deleted, and what is kept
| Deleted | Your profile (name, phone number, photo), your posts and headlines, comments, reactions, group memberships, uploaded contact list entries, device identifiers and notification tokens. |

| Kept | Nothing tied to your identity. Records we are legally required to retain (for example, fraud-prevention or accounting logs) may be kept for the statutory period, after which they are erased. |
Content you posted into groups is removed for all group members when your account is deleted.
