Child Safety Standards

Headline Moments — by Gaskin Development Herts Ltd.

Effective date: 29 August 2026

Headline Moments is operated by Gaskin Development Herts Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. This page sets out our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), which apply to everyone who uses the app.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:

Any account involved in such content or behaviour is terminated immediately and permanently.

Age requirement and app design

Headline requires users to be at least 13 years old. The app is designed around small, private, invitation-based groups of people who already know each other — there is no public feed, no public profiles, no discovery of strangers, and no direct messaging with people outside your groups. This design substantially limits contact between minors and unknown adults.

How to report abuse

If you encounter content or behaviour on Headline that you believe exploits or endangers a child, report it to us immediately:

📧 support@getheadline.app — subject line: “Child safety report”

Reports are reviewed as a priority. Include the group name and the user concerned if you can. You do not need an account to make a report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

How we respond

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with the child safety and child protection laws that apply to our service, including the UK Online Safety Act and associated regulations, and with our reporting obligations under them. We review these standards regularly and update them as the law and our service evolve.

Point of contact for child safety

Our designated child-safety point of contact is able to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and compliance:
